TIPS

    Posting a Message
    When you post a message to find someone to travel with, remember to include any information or requirements that will help the person reading it decide if you are the one they want to travel with.
    For example if you prefer to travel in a non-smoking car you can say so.

    Other examples of what you or someone else might want to know include:
    * Gender
    * Type of car - Is the type of car important to you (or might it be for others)? eg. recent model, ute, 4 wheel dve
    * Age group.
    * Days of travel.
    * Times of travel.
    * Other passengers?
    * Where can they pick you up (or can you pick them up)?
    * Where will they drop you (or will you drop them)?
    * Is the ride available on an ongoing basis or for a limited time only eg uni semester?
    * How long they have been driving (or you have)?
    * If you are the driver and you always listen to music when you drive, you might also want to mention
    what sort of music eg heavy metal, country, opera.

    Getting a Response
    * If someone responds to your message, remember that doesn't mean you have to travel with that person.
    If you want to know something more about them, ask.
